Customer Engagement & Market Expansion
Strengthening relationships with key customers and acting as an executive sponsor where needed.
Driving customer acquisition and retention through value-based selling and differentiated solutions.
Ensuring deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
Sales Excellence & Process Discipline
Implementing structured sales processes, forecasting rigor, and pipeline management discipline.
Improving win rates through strategic positioning, pricing discipline, and cross functional alignment.
Cross Functional Leadership
Partnering with product line, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Contributing to broader business planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategy.
Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Bring a minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and expanding market presence.
- Have experience managing geographically dispersed and multilayered sales organizations.
- Possess strong commercial acumen, including pricing, contract negotiation, and deal structuring.
- Bring strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Be a strategic thinker who can translate vision into actionable plans.
- Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferably have experience in oil & gas, energy services, or related industrial markets.
- Demonstrate high levels of accountability, ownership, and results orientation.
