Position: Sales Director We’re seeking a hands-on Sales Leader to lead and grow our sales team. This role oversees daily operations, drives performance, and develops future leaders. Key Responsibilities Hire, train, and coach sales reps (run training classes & workshops)Lead weekly meetings, track performance, and drive quota achievementPerform ride-alongs (4–5 per week) and run 3+ personal leads weeklyReview and adjust schedules, complete cancel-save appointmentsProvide regular coaching, feedback, and performance reviewsBuild a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with company goals Requirements One-call close experience (Exterior/Interior Remodeling) — required3+ years in sales, 2+ years in sales management (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and reliable vehicleStrong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Details W2, OTE $175,000–$350,000+ (draw pay, commission & bonuses paid weekly)Benefits: Medical, dental, vision (after 30 days)Full-time, weekends requiredField-based roleContinued Leadership Development
