Sales Director - Branded Foodservice

About the role

Lead the Branded Foodservice sales team at McCormick, driving growth and market penetration for McCormick’s branded portfolio within the foodservice channel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets for McCormick’s branded foodservice products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key foodservice distributors, operators, and national accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain) to launch new products and optimize existing ones for the foodservice channel.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Represent McCormick at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales experience in the foodservice industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing key accounts in the foodservice channel.
• Strong understanding of foodservice distribution, operator needs, and national account dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed.
