What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential customers
- Use proven cold-calling scripts to spark interest & set qualified meetings
- Handle objections and refine your sales pitch daily
- Develop resilience, confidence, and top-tier cold-calling skills
- Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communicator with confidence on the phone
- Competitive and goal-driven
- Organized and able to manage pipeline activity
- Coachable but able to execute independently
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Growth Path
- Start as an SDR → Crush your targets → Get promoted to → AE, Team Lead, or Manager
- Typical timeline: 6–18 months (as fast as 6 months)
Compensation
- Base + commission: $33,000-$38,500 base salary with quarterly raises
- $60,000 OTE (on target earnings with commission)
Desired Skills and Experience
- Execute outbound prospecting across calls, emails, and other channels
- Qualify leads and consistently generate high-value meetings for the sales team
- Handle objections and adapt messaging to improve conversion rates
- Attend trainings, meetings, and occasional events to support pipeline growth
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and performance
- Identify and develop business opportunities through effective discovery and follow-up
- Manage leads, activity, and follow-ups in an organized and consistent manner
Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or outbound prospecting experience preferred
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Working understanding of the sales process
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Organized, self-starter with the ability to manage activity and results
- Able to take feedback and apply it quickly to improve performance
