Role Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective clients across target industries and geographies
- Build and maintain lists of qualified leads using online tools, databases, and outreach platforms
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with decision makers
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off warm prospects to senior sales team members
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progress in the CRM
- Support the CEO with sales research, market intelligence, and special projects as needed
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to refine messaging and targeting over time
Requirements
- A self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Genuine enthusiasm for sales and business development
- Comfort picking up the phone and initiating conversations with new people
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new technology tools
- A team-first mindset and a willingness to learn
- Prior sales, customer service, or lead generation experience is a plus but not required
