About the role
We are seeking Sales Development Representatives to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will help businesses create and implement a technology roadmap, focusing on SMB accounts in our market.
Responsibilities
- Identify and optimize SMB accounts in markets we serve
- Make outbound sales calls to generate business-to-business leads
- Schedule sales appointments for Account Executives
- Assist and support the sales team in maintaining existing accounts and closing new deals
Requirements
- Self-starter with a high emphasis on customer service and productivity
- Experience in call center or cold calling environments
- Strong ability to develop new business and exceed sales goals
Qualifications
- One year of B2B Sales experience preferred, but candidates with strong B2C sales or customer service background will also be considered
