Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Outbound Prospecting: Research and identify leads using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools; contact and qualify potential customers (40-50 calls/day, 30 emails/day); set appointments; track sales goals; maintain lead database; collaborate with marketing; attend trade shows.
- Sales Support: Assist in setting up demos; prepare sales materials; provide administrative support; track leads; maintain CRM records; report on lead generation metrics.
- Presales Support: Coordinate demos and presentations; assist in RFX preparation and market research; facilitate cross-timezone communication; gather feedback for qualification strategies.
- Business Operations: Coordinate meetings; track KPIs; support marketing activities; partner with finance; identify process improvements; stay current on industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1+ years in sales support or lead generation
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Flexible schedule for occasional evening meetings
