About The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role serves as the critical engine of the outbound sales pipeline, driving qualified pipeline generation within targeted mid-market and enterprise accounts. Operating in a remote capability from Seattle, WA, this position focuses on identifying business pain points, mapping key decision-makers, and initiating the initial engagement cycle for high-value B2B SaaS solutions. This role is highly quantitative and metrics-driven, requiring a strategic approach to volume outreach. Working closely with Account Executives, the selected candidate will master product positioning, run targeted outbound sequences, and master advanced qualification methodologies to schedule high-intent discovery calls and platform demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 60+ daily outbound touchpoints including cold calls, highly personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to secure intro meetings.
- Qualify inbound trial requests and outbound prospects utilizing frameworks like BANT, MEDDPICC, or GPCT to ensure high conversion rates.
- Partner with Account Executives to build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) playbooks targeting accounts in the technology and logistics verticals.
- Construct structured email sequences and multi-channel drip campaigns using Salesloft, Outreach, or Apollo to maximize contact rates.
- Maintain strict CRM hygiene by updating prospect records, logging tasks, and managing pipelines inside Salesforce with absolute accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to feedback customer objections and refine regional outbound messaging strategies.
What We Are Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in sales development, business development, account management, or high-volume customer-facing roles.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics, such as monthly quotas, activity metrics, or academic targets.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn complex product architectures and articulate technical value propositions.
- High level of resilience, coaching agility, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on writing concise, compelling professional emails to VP-level stakeholders.
- Bonus: Prior experience working with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, or specialized cold-calling software.
