About The Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) represents the front line of the pipeline generation engine, acting as the primary point of contact for prospective customers. The role focuses on identifying high-fit B2B SaaS accounts, engaging key decision-makers, and qualifying opportunities to build pipeline for the Account Executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns utilizing cold calling, tailored email sequences, and structured LinkedIn outreach to secure qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound marketing-generated leads against defined BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria to assess project fit.
  • Conduct deep persona-based research on target accounts to personalize messaging and address specific operational pain points.
  • Manage daily activity pipelines and document all interactions, lead stages, and qualification details in Salesforce and Outreach.io.
  • Collaborate with assigned Account Executives on territory planning, account penetration strategies, and localized messaging adjustments.
  • Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and sales-training workshops to continuously refine prospecting techniques and objection handling.

What We Are Looking For

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a high-volume client-facing environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills, with the ability to maintain composure and professional persistence on cold calls.
  • Proficiency in written communication, specifically in drafting clear, concise, and professional cold emails.
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward structured daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets within a team setting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, communications, or a related field.
  • Bonus: Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar sales technology platforms.
