About the role
The company is scaling its go-to-market team in San Francisco and is looking for high-agency early sales talent to fuel its next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for enterprise healthcare accounts
- Develop deep exposure to consultative selling in healthcare and AI
- Possess strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives to qualify and advance deals
- Gain hands-on experience selling into large, complex health systems
- Clear path to fast promotion into Account Executive roles for top performers
Requirements
- 1–3 years of total experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (6–12 months SDR experience preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in a regulated, high-impact environment
- Passion for healthcare and AI technologies
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
- Technical knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology and processes
Skills

Pay
$60k – $70k Base (OTE: $90k – $100k) + Uncapped Variable + Equity
