The Sales Development Representative position is a hybrid role based in Brentwood, TN. This position is responsible for generating qualified leads through cold-calling and managing the lead development pipeline. Key responsibilities include prospecting into multiple organizations, qualifying leads, and scheduling introductions/meetings for Sales. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree, construction industry experience, and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Construction industry knowledge and experience preferred
- 2 years' business experience
- Ability to understand and promote Corpay's offerings and solutions
- Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening, and cold-calling
- Intermediate skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Conversational ability with and influence of a variety of organizations and decision-makers
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and databases used in marketing
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from a home office
- Effective time and sales territory management experience
- Strong business acumen
- Experience and passion for selling in the SMB / SME space
- Entrepreneurial spirit
