Sales Development Representative
About the role
This is your first step in a long and successful career in software sales. We want to bring in hungry, humble, and diverse people with a desire to grow. We'll teach you how to use some of the coolest technology there is to educate prospects on the value that Conga can bring to their organization. We've brought in some fantastic leaders that will teach you how to be successful in a business-to-business (b2b) sales role. Don't get us wrong… This will be hard work. We'll teach you how to do this and how to win in an amazing market.
Responsibilities
- Drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads that build pipeline for our Sales Executive team in your defined market segment.
- Take initiative and introduce outreach sequences that benefit the team or the organization.
- Show strong organizational and follow-up skills on all key accounts and prospects.
- Be resourceful and collaborate with colleagues, professional networks, and various resources to solve problems and improve campaign effectiveness.
Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You're not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions, but initiating them, too. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with our clients and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way.

Listed below is the U.S. base salary range for this full-time position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, or training. In addition to base salary, Conganeers receive a variable incentive pay component, perks such as flexible work options, and a full range of benefits including medical and dental insurance.
Pay
The posted salary ranges are for the expectations outlined in the job description. We are often open to a wide variety of profiles and sometimes have flexibility within our organizational structure to adjust the role responsibilities up or down should we select a candidate that is less or more experienced than the posted job requirements.
