Sales Development Representative
About the role
Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound call campaigns, identifying and engaging decision makers by asking insightful, consultative questions to understand business needs.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your pipeline and daily activity, consistently tracking progress and outcomes
- Maintain accurate CRM data and demonstrate attention to detail and accountability in managing prospect information
- Continuously improve outreach strategy by applying feedback and coaching
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure a smooth and professional handoff experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR 1+ year of sales, customer-facing, or business experience
- A strong work ethic and motivation to build a career in sales
- Demonstrated resilience, persistence, and ability to stay focused in a results-driven environment
- A growth mindset with a willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve
- Strong communication skills with a professional and confident presence
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and take ownership of outcomes
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in real-time conversations
- Experience with outbound prospecting or cold calling
- Exposure to Salesforce or another CRM system
- Ability to apply a consultative approach in conversations
- Demonstrated ownership of performance metrics, goals, or personal development
