About the role
Every enterprise deal starts with a conversation an SDR earned. You'll build our SDR function from the ground up — hiring the team, designing the playbooks, choosing the tools — and turn a list of physician groups into qualified pipeline for our enterprise AEs.
Responsibilities
- Build the SDR team from scratch: define the profile, hire, onboard, and coach with daily call reviews and structured development
- Build outbound playbooks targeting practice administrators, COOs, and clinical leaders
- Select and run the SDR tech stack — you'll determine the tools
- Own pipeline generation targets and conversion metrics from first touch to qualified opportunity
- Partner with marketing on ICP refinement, messaging, and campaign follow-up
- Support sales leadership with pipeline reporting and forecasting
Requirements
- 4+ years in sales including SDR and/or closing experience
- Track record of building or scaling an outbound motion
- Strong coaching instincts — you make average reps good and good reps great
- Data-driven: you manage to activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics
Qualifications
- Nice to have SaaS or healthcare sales experience
- Experience standing up an SDR function from scratch
