Responsibilities
- Lead and support the Sales Development team to goals, objectives and quota achievement
- Identify areas for improvement and provide real-time, personalized coaching
- Collaborate with Demand Gen to support multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns
- Report on individual, segment, and team impact; maintain daily activity goals and weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for various business stakeholders
- Partner with Sales Training to improve product knowledge and objection handling
- Hold weekly 1x1s, shadowing sessions, and team meetings to improve communication, collaboration, and results
- Develop strong working relationships with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure a positive working relationship, solicit feedback, and maximize effectiveness of sales development efforts
- Maintain a working knowledge of competitive offerings
- Participate in interviewing and hiring process
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in sales with at least 1+ year of leading a team
- Proven ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool (preferred)
- Knowledge of Outreach or similar account development tool (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications
- Local to the Allen/Dallas area or willing to commute
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
