Sales Designer/ Home Organization

About the role

Closet Factory is seeking two talented designers to join our Tampa-based sales team. This is a rare opportunity for a new training/ orientation program.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in their home or our showroom to provide a design consultation and create custom closet, home office, entertainment system, pantry or garage system solutions.
• Work with clients who are eager to solve their organizational needs through our products.
• Utilize our established brand and industry position to assure success.
• Commit to personal development to ensure consistent upward career growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Sales Experience
• Home Improvement Related Sales Experience
• Reliable vehicle to meet with clients
• Must live within the Greater Tampa Bay Area

Qualifications

• A+ Technical Skills
• Basic Computer Skills
• Previous CAD experience a plus
