Designer (In-Home Sales)

What You Will Do

• Drive to homes across Houston to meet with homeowners
• Ask questions, listen, and solve the homeowner's problem on the spot using CAD software
• Handle objections and close the sale
• Manage the project through final sign-off

Who This Is For

This role is for people who take ownership of their own outcomes — not the concept of ownership, but the practice of it. When a sale closes, you understand exactly why. When it doesn't, you find the specific moment where the process broke down and fix it, without explaining it away or blaming the lead.

You will be trained thoroughly, but the training does not work for you in your absence. Two people can receive the same training, same leads, and same support and produce completely different results. The difference is always whether the person lived the process or memorized it. The designer who succeeds here takes ownership of their own learning, gets genuinely comfortable with every resource available, and never stops working to get better.

If you are motivated by money and willing to earn it, you will find real income here. If you are looking for a comfortable base and a predictable schedule, this is not that.
