Sales Design Consultant

About the role

Tuff Shed is recruiting a motivated sales professional with the drive to build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers. You will be responsible for retail sales of Tuff Shed products and services, helping customers solve their storage needs with high-quality sheds, garages, and custom buildings.

This position offers a paid training period and a commission program with an hourly base, providing virtually no limits for growth based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, and close the sale.
• Perform site checks as required.
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company-sponsored advertising and marketing.
• Act as the customer’s point of contact from sale to installation.
• Assist customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaise with local HOAs.
• Develop product knowledge to successfully convey the Tuff Shed advantage.

Requirements

• A current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships.
• An eye for design.
• The ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.

Pay

This role offers an hourly base plus commission. First-year earnings with commission could range from $55,000 to $75,000.
