Sales Design Consultant

About the role

Tuff Shed is recruiting for a motivated sales professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have the drive to build strong relationships with customers and commercial accounts. They will receive a paid training period and a commission program with an hourly base.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs
• Demonstrate product and option features
• Close the sale
• Perform site checks (as required)
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company sponsored advertising & marketing
• Act as the customer's point of contact from the sale to installation
• Aid customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaising with local HOAs
• Develop product knowledge to successfully convey the Tuff Shed advantage

Requirements

• A current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships
• An eye for design
• The ability to listen to customers and address their needs
• Prior proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software

Pay

This is an hourly + commission compensation program. First year earnings up to $65,000, second year potentially exceed $100,000.

Hours may vary based on business needs.
