Sales Design Consultant

About the role

Tuff Shed is recruiting a motivated sales professional to build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers. You will sell Tuff Shed’s high-quality sheds, garages, and custom buildings, working directly with customers to solve their storage needs. The position includes a paid training period and an hourly base plus commission.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying needs, demonstrate product and option features, and close the sale
• Perform site checks as required
• Cultivate new sales leads driven by company-sponsored advertising and marketing
• Act as the customer’s point of contact from sale through installation
• Assist customers by pulling permits (as required) and liaise with local HOAs
• Develop product knowledge to successfully convey the Tuff Shed advantage

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Preferred Qualifications

• Confidence, motivation, and a passion for building relationships
• An eye for design
• Ability to listen to customers and address their needs
• Proven computer skills and aptitude to learn new software

Pay

Hourly base plus commission. First-year earnings with commission could be $55,000 – $75,000.
