Sales Design Consultant

About the Role

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. This hybrid remote position offers a flexible schedule, pre-set appointments with clients close to your home, and complete sales and design training—no prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Begin sales routes with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Conduct home walk-throughs to assess opportunities for custom solutions.
• Educate customers on products and services, including custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, and garage cabinetry.
• Follow sales training and use communication skills to assist residential customers with home organization.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete a 13-week paid sales training program.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
