About the role

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives. As a Closet by Design Designer, you can help others organize their home.

Responsibilities

• Receive complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.
• Close track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increase.
• Work from home with an open and flexible schedule.
• Participate in 16-week paid sales training and ongoing mentorship.
• Provide health and retirement benefits.
• Not engage in cold calling.
• Have reliable access to a motor vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
