Sales Design Consultant

About the Role

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives to help customers organize their homes. This hybrid remote position offers a flexible schedule with pre-set appointments close to your home. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide complete sales and design training.

Responsibilities

• Begin sales routes with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for custom solutions.
• Educate customers on our products and services (custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more).
• Follow sales training and use communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Coachable and eager to learn.
