Sales Design Consultant

About the Role

As a Closets by Design Designer/Sales Representative, you will help others organize their homes while enjoying the flexibility of a hybrid remote position. We provide pre-set appointments with clients close to your home, complete sales and design training, and ongoing mentorship—no prior experience is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Begin your sales route with pre-set appointments (all leads and marketing materials provided).
• Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for custom solutions.
• Educate customers on our products and services (custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more).
• Follow our sales training and use communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organizational needs.

Requirements

• No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required.
• Coachable candidates with a growth mindset and willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
