Sales & Customer Support Assistant (distribution industry)

Responsibilities

  • Support a designated Regional Sales Manager with key accounts and customer needs
  • Gather information as needed for product pricing and quotations
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction through prompt support and service by phone and email
  • Proactively address and help resolve order issues as they arise
  • Manage ERP and CRM data entry and ensure accurate sales and order documentation
  • Support gross margin growth within quoting and contract pricing parameters
  • Review successes/challenges with assigned accounts during weekly planning meetings
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, milestones, and results
  • Support product launch activities and follow up on trade shows

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of administrative or sales support experience required
  • Detail oriented while multitasking across assignments and systems simultaneously required
  • Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, required
