Distribution - Sales Support
About the role
As a Distribution & Sales Support Associate at our Aiken, SC location, you play a vital role in supporting our daily operations across delivery, warehouse, and customer service functions. Your day may start in the warehouse preparing shipments—accurately picking and packing materials for delivery—before heading out on local routes to deliver products safely and on time to our customers. Safety, accuracy, and professionalism are key as you represent Eastern Industrial Supplies at customer locations.
In addition, you will provide inside sales support by assisting with order entry, preparing quotes, or helping customers over the phone. You will work closely with vendors and team members to source materials, track order statuses, and ensure timely fulfillment. Whether answering customer questions, handling returns, or helping expedite an order, you play an important role in delivering a high-quality customer experience.
