At Chapman Ford, we offer the best of both worlds. We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Automotive Sales Professional to work ideal hours, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Responsibilities

  • Own the Service Drive: Greet service customers, review their repair orders, and identify sales opportunities based on vehicle age, mileage, warranty status, and other key data points.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our loyal service customers, turning a routine visit into a conversation about their next vehicle.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Utilize our CRM and service data to proactively contact customers and present compelling offers for trade-ins and new vehicle purchases.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors: Work closely with our service team to create a seamless experience for every customer and maximize sales potential.
  • Exceed Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging a consistent stream of inbound traffic and turning it into a robust pipeline of sales.
  • Provide an Elite Customer Experience: Deliver a transparent and professional sales process that results in high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in automotive sales with a verifiable track record of success.
  • Excellent Communication: Superior verbal communication skills with the ability to listen, build trust, and present solutions confidently.
  • Self-Motivated: A "hunter" mentality with the discipline to manage your time and create your own opportunities within a structured work week.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with dealership CRM software, Auto Alert, and a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Valid Driver's License: A clean driving record is required.
  • Passion for the Ford Brand: A genuine enthusiasm for the Ford lineup and a commitment to representing our brand with integrity.
