About the role
Be the Engine Behind a High-Performing Sales Team! At Gothic Landscape, great client experiences don’t just happen in the field—they’re built through organization, communication, and flawless execution behind the scenes. We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales team.
Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external contract flow, including preparation and tracking
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas/notes, and follow up on action items
- Draft and prepare financial, statistical, and narrative reports
- Support marketing efforts, including coordination of trade shows and events
- Maintain and update the sales team’s internal database of contacts
- Review job files and compare budgets against proposals for accuracy
- Prepare and send contracts and change orders for signatures
- Communicate with clients to collect and return required documentation
- Support special projects and assist Sales and Operations teams as needed
Requirements
- Have 1–3+ years of administrative or sales support experience
- Be highly organized and excel at managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Be comfortable handling contracts, reports, and data tracking
- Take pride in accuracy, follow-through, and communication
Skills & Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years of relevant administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and accountability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
