Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle sales process from start to finish
- Aid customers with vehicle selection, test drives, financing options, and paperwork
- Deliver professional and knowledgeable presentations of new and used vehicles
- Build strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and communication
- Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Present vehicle pricing, deal structures, and additional finance products
- Maintain customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
- Stay current on vehicle products, features, accessories, and manufacturer training
- Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration
- Generate business through phone calls, emails, prospecting, and referrals
Requirements
Preferred: Sales or customer service experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Customer-focused attitude with a track record of delivering positive experiences. Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license.
