Compensation
Compensation (California Pay Transparency): $35,000 - $110,000+ annually
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business
- Identify customer needs through effective communication and product knowledge
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
- Guide customers through pricing, financing introductions, and purchase steps
- Follow up with prospects to generate referrals and repeat customers
- Maintain and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
- Retail, customer service, or commission sales experience is a plus
- Valid California driver's license
