Responsibilities
- Serve customers with integrity and provide an exceptional experience
- Help customers find the perfect vehicle for their needs
- Work independently and manage customer relationships
- Manage inventory and assist with vehicle maintenance
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Manage appointments and schedule test drives
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Comfortable with computer and/or iPad technology
- Social media skills are a plus
- Customer service experience is helpful, but not required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- The ability to pass a background and drug screen
Qualifications
No prior auto sales experience is necessary. We provide paid training to get you up to speed.
