Responsibilities
- Avoids upselling and focuses on the customer's needs.
- Assists customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Knows the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology.
- Performs high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follows up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Overcomes objections and thrives in sales situations.
- Reports directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Brings your 'A game' and positive attitude with you every day.
- Works flexible hours and weekends.
- Ready to learn new product in’s & out’s.
- Communicates effectively with customers.
- Has a professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Has a clean driving record.
