About the role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission to improve patient outcomes through innovative diagnostic solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products, while also contributing to the ongoing improvement of existing ones.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and validate new diagnostic products
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new technologies and methodologies
  • Lead project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., biology, chemistry, engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics and clinical laboratory operations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and validating diagnostic assays
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and guidelines
  • Experience with data analysis and interpretation

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
