Sales Consultant - North Park Chevrolet

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the success of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Understand customer needs and present suitable new and pre-owned vehicle options
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active pipeline of leads
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Available evenings and Saturdays
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
• All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
• Preferred previous sales or customer service experience (automotive experience is a plus but not required)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Competitive drive and coachable attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive commision structure with a monthly income guarantee of $6,000 while in training
• Uncapped earning potential - top performers earn well into six figures annually
