What You'll Do

• Build relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional luxury buying experience
• Assist customers in selecting the Genesis or pre-owned vehicle that best fits their needs
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build lasting relationships
• Stay current on Genesis products, technology, and financing options
• Work collaboratively with management and the finance team to ensure a seamless purchase experience
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while providing outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented attitude
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
