Responsibilities

• Guide high-end clients through a premium sales experience.
• Create inspired spaces with world-class furniture and décor.
• Curate luxury looks while earning commissions with no ceiling.
• Drive sales, contribute to store sales goals, and execute the La-Z-Boy selling process.
• Support the Design program and execute professional home consultations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer issues, and maintain customer records.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with the store team and customers.
• Achieve store sales goals and support operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous selling experience and ability to close a sale.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and persuasion/negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage time and conflicting priorities.
• Positive attitude and initiative to meet goals.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
• Pass background and drug screen.

Pay

• Base Pay: $14.50 / hour (varies by store location).
• Commission & Bonus: 3% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 2% on other sales, with a quarterly bonus opportunity of $1,500.
