Sales Consultant (Honda/Volkswagen)

About the role

As a Salesperson at Norm Reeves Honda/VW in Port Charlotte, FL, you are a key member of the team responsible for handling all in-person guests with vehicle purchases in the showroom and sales lot. Your primary goal is to increase customer retention by providing genuine service and fully explaining product performance and benefits to each guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet and offer tailored assistance to guests entering the dealership showroom or sales lot
• Offer test drives and obtain proper identification from all prospects prior to the drive
• Deliver vehicles to customers and ensure they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
• Maintain confidential customer information on a Dealership Management System
• Aid in writing complete sales orders and processing paperwork in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
• Introduce customers to the Sales Managers for an opportunity to meet with management
• Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles
• Drive yourself and the team to maintain a positive work environment and continuously improve

Requirements

• Previous experience in Sales or a similar role is preferred
• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Pay

$45,000 - $140,000

Schedule

Rotating schedule with shifts of 8:30 AM–4:00 PM or 12:00 PM–8:00 PM, with one weekday off, every other Sunday, and open-to-close availability on Saturdays.
