Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs and lead them through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork.
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool to track all customer interactions.
• Present customer deal structures and additional finance products.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Complete ongoing training modules to stay updated on new vehicle products, features, and accessories.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
• Engage in business development by contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Requirements

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
