About the Role
The Future Automotive Group, family-owned and operated for over 60 years, has grown to 13 dealerships and 14 franchises, with continued expansion ahead. Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is building momentum, breaking records, and raising the bar; and we’re looking for motivated, customer-driven Retail Sales Representatives to join our winning team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Build strong relationships and guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations
- Achie and exceed personal and team sales goals
- Work closely with management and support teams to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training to grow skills and earning potential
