Sales Consultant

We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Retail Sales Consultants who are passionate about helping customers find the right products for their home improvement projects. As the face of WindowRama, you’ll build strong customer relationships, guide shoppers through our showroom, and deliver an outstanding sales experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
- Build trusting relationships with customers while providing outstanding service
- Greet and assist every customer entering the showroom
- Guide customers through our sales floor and demonstrate product features and benefits
- Use strong sales skills and product knowledge to close sales opportunities
- Enter sales orders accurately into our CRM system
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Answer phones and provide product, retail, and sales information
- Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and maximize business opportunities
- Create a welcoming, positive, and professional customer experience
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of retail sales, customer service, or industry experience preferred
- Previous sales experience required
- Product knowledge in windows and doors is a plus, but not required
- Experience with installation/service methods for window and door projects preferred
- Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
- Experience with AS400 is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales goals
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills

Pay
