• Ensure customers have a world-class car-buying experience at every step of their journey.
• Provide unparalleled knowledge, expertise, and authenticity to assist customers in finding the right vehicle.
• Hit challenging monthly goals to grow the dealership and your career.
• Bring new business to the dealership through referrals, networking, and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish Speakers Preferred but not required
• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team-player" attitude
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license and have a good driving record
• Be committed to delivering outstanding customer service
• Have a passion for the automotive industry

Pay

Compensation for this position is based upon production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.

Schedule

Hours vary based on dealership needs and may include evenings and weekends.
