Responsibilities

• Confidently sell premium mattress/bedding products using our tried and proven selling process and the cutting‑edge diagnostic sleep system bedMatch.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving their lives through sleep solutions.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles and reset the showroom floor.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and the exclusive bedMatch system.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers to understand their needs.

Qualifications

• Highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultant with a passion for retail and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
