Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using the proven selling process and the exclusive bedMatch® diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide customers with a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving sleep quality.
• Utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch system.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
• Meet and interact with customers to understand their needs.

Requirements

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Typical 4‑5‑day work week, with hours ranging from 40 to 55 per week.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.

Skills

• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Comfortable using tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale systems, and the bedMatch diagnostic tool.
