About the role

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using the proven selling process and the exclusive bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system.
• Provide a relaxed, low‑pressure, educational shopping experience focused on improving customers’ sleep.
• Assist customers with loading mattress purchases onto their vehicles and reset the showroom floor.
• Utilize tablets, mobile point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, and other state‑of‑the‑art technology.
• Maintain a winning team‑oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm while meeting and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.

Pay

• Compensation includes the greater of a generous hourly wage or commission pay.
• Eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.

Schedule

• Typical 4‑5‑day work week with opportunities to work between 40 and 55 hours per week.
• Schedule requires availability for evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
