Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what customers need.
• Create personal connections with guests to make technology look simple.
• Foster a competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must attend and complete a four‑day New Hire University (NHU) training program within 30 days of the official start date (may include overnight travel at company's expense).
• Various online and computer‑based training required throughout employment.
• After application, complete a pre‑hire assessment (20 minutes or less).
