What We Are Looking For

  • We seek highly motivated and successful Retail Sales Consultants who can assist us in providing exceptional service to our customers.
  • We are looking for individuals with the availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
  • Our typical 4–5-day work week offers our Retail Sales Consultants the opportunity to work between 40 and 55 hours a week.
  • Bilingual individuals with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages are preferred.
  • You must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, reset the showroom floor, and assist customers with loading their mattress purchases onto their vehicles.
  • You will provide a relaxed, low-pressure, and educational shopping experience focused on improving customers' lives through our sleep solutions.
  • We use state-of-the-art technology including tablets, mobile POS, and our exclusive bedMATCH system.
