About the role

Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) – base $16/hr + uncapped commission; average first‑year earnings $70,000–$95,000. Full training provided. You’ll own every consultation relationship from first hello through long‑term loyalty, guiding patients through laser, body contouring, and injectable services, presenting treatment plans and financing options, and partnering with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a premium experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one consultations and educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Design customized treatment plans and present financing options.
• Guide patients through their full aesthetic journey, building trust that turns first visits into long‑term relationships.
• Partner with clinicians and the Location Director to ensure a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Use LaserAway’s custom CRM to access a steady pipeline of marketing‑generated leads and patient history.
• Maintain and grow a personal patient book and revenue target.
• Clear advancement path into Lead PCC and Location Director roles for top performers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in luxury, med spa, or high‑ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission‑first structure – base pay is the floor, not the goal.
• Polished, confident, and genuinely patient‑centered in every interaction.
• Weekend availability required (patients come in on weekends).
• Motivated by results – both yours and your patients’.

Schedule

Full‑time position with consistent scheduling; weekends and evenings are a regular part of the role.

Pay

Competitive base pay ($16/hr) plus uncapped commission on every treatment plan sold, plus monthly bonuses. Average first‑year earnings range from $70,000 to $95,000 annually; full commission structure shared at offer stage.
