About the role

Budget Blinds & Inspired Drapes is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. This is a franchise opportunity where the positions are posted by local Budget Blinds® franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Build powerful referral relationships
• Conduct in-home design consultations
• Select products that fit style, function, and budget
• Measure and document projects accurately
• Follow up consistently until opportunities close
• Build referral and networking relationships
• Ask for reviews and referrals
• Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and communication
• Deliver a “WOW” customer experience from consultation through installation

Requirements

• You confidently conduct in-home consultations and close sales
• You follow up on every lead and open quote consistently
• You build strong referral relationships with builders, designers, realtors, and other connectors
• You generate repeat business and referrals naturally
• You become highly knowledgeable in products, design solutions, and sales strategy
• You naturally connect with people
• You hate leaving opportunities on the table
• You enjoy networking
• You take initiative without being asked
• You want to constantly improve
• You embrace training and learning opportunities
