About the Role

Werfen is seeking a professional to join our growing, family-owned company, a worldwide leader in specialized diagnostics in the areas of Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant. Through our OEM business line, we research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials. This role supports our commitment to providing healthcare professionals valuable solutions to improve hospital efficiency and enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and manufacture customized assays and biomaterials through our OEM business line
• Support operational and strategic initiatives across our global footprint, operating directly in 30 countries and in more than 100 territories through distributors
• Collaborate with headquarters and technology centers located in the US and Europe
• Contribute to innovation and quality in specialized diagnostic areas including Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics, Transfusion, Autoimmunity, and Transplant

Requirements

• Experience or strong background in specialized diagnostics, laboratory science, or related biomedical fields
• Ability to work effectively in a global, multi-site organization
• Commitment to quality, innovation, and customer-focused solutions

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or professional certification in a diagnostic, scientific, or engineering discipline
• Proven track record in assay development, manufacturing, or biomaterials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional and cross-border teamwork
