About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Consultant – Account Manager to lead our local portfolio in the KONE Los Angeles branch area. This role requires a proven track record in building and developing professional customer relations through excellent customer service, coupled with a strong interest in learning and selling innovative technological solutions.

  • Identify complex technology solutions utilizing our industry-leading support system to ensure sustainable growth for our customers.
  • Bring 2+ years of relevant sales expertise to our KONE family and an appetite for learning an exciting and new field.
  • Use the knowledge gained when obtaining your bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with our customers as your number one goal.
  • Utilize our CRM to effectively manage and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant sales experience or 4+ years of relevant working experience.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Passion for safety, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
  • Knowledge of Sandler solution selling methodology.
  • Experience with digital health solutions and telehealth platforms.

Skills

  • Customer relationship management.

  • Technical knowledge of elevator, escalator, and building door systems.

Pay

The hiring range for this role is $93,400 – $122,640. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
